Wipro Ltd. said its Chief Technology Officer Subha Tatavarti resigned to pursue opportunities outside the company.

Tatavarti will step down from her position with effect from close of business hours on 16 August, the Indian technology services and consulting company said in a stock exchange announcement.

Wipro didn’t provide the details about her successor.

In April, Wipro’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Thierry Delaporte had also resigned to pursue passions outside the organization and the company named Srinivas Pallia his successor.

Pallia, who has been with the company for over three decades, previously served as the CEO for Americas 1, Wipro's biggest and fastest growing strategic market.
