Sadbhav Engineering CFO Jatin Thakkar Resigns Within Three Months

Sadbhav Engineering Ltd.’s Chief Financial Officer Jatin Thakkar resigned with immediate effect, citing personal reasons, within three months after his appointment.

The company has received confirmation from Thakkar that there are no other material reasons for his resignation, Sadbhav Engineering said in a stock exchange announcement.

He was appointed as CFO of the company with effect from 17 December 2022.

Sadbhav Engineering said Thakkar has been appointed as an additional non-executive director of the company with effect from 15 March to hold office up to the ensuing general meeting.

The company also noted its board appointed Dwigesh Joshi as CFO, effective today. Joshi holds a master's degree in business administration and has more than 15 years’ experience in the banking sector, it said.

Joshi has experience in corporate finance, managing banking relationships, debt capital market, credit rating, project finance, costing and accounting, supply chain, and treasury management areas, according to the statement.
