Rolta India Ltd.’s Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) Mamta Binani said the company’s Chief Financial Officer Dinesh Kapadia resigned, citing health issues and personal reasons.

The letter of resignation, effective from 10 January 2023, was received from the bankrupt software services provider on 10 February, Binani said in a stock exchange announcement.

Rolta is undergoing a corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) after the Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) admitted a petition filed by its financial creditor Union Bank of India on 19 January. The NCLT had appointed Binani as the IRP of the company.
