PNB Housing Names Vinay Gupta CFO

PNB Housing Finance Ltd. said its board appointed Vinay Gupta as chief financial officer of the company, effective 26 October.

Gupta, a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience, is currently associated with SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd., the Indian mortgage lender said in stock exchange announcement.

He has extensive experience in financial management, financial planning, Indian and US GAAP accounting, treasury operations, budgeting, forecasting and regulatory reporting among others, it added.

The appointment follows the resignation of previous CFO, according to the statement.
