FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd., operator of beauty and personal care marketplace Nykaa, appointed several new senior executives across technology, finance, business, and marketing to drive its next phase of growth.

The new executives will join the existing leadership, now comprising over 50 leaders, and will be instrumental in driving the company's growth agenda forward, Nykaa said in a stock exchange announcement.

The company appointed Rajesh Uppalapati as its chief technology officer. He has worked for Amazon for 20 years across different roles and geographies and more recently at Intuit, it said.

Abhishek Awasthi, Eswar Perla, Dhruv Mathur and Amit Kulshrestha have joined the existing technology leadership team, Nykaa said.

These executives, with a total experience of over 60 years across organizations such as Walmart, Amazon, Magicpin and LBB, will take on key roles in product and engineering, helping to drive innovation and growth across the company's digital platforms, it noted.

Nykaa said Chief Financial Officer P. Ganesh is leading the finance team, while Sujeet Jain is the company's chief legal & regulatory officer.

The company said T.V. Venkataraman has joined its finance, legal & regulatory team, and will be responsible for the internal audit & risk management charter. Venkataraman has over 25 years of experience across companies such as Ashok Leyland, Flipkart, and Aditya Birla Group, it added.

Vishal Gupta, the head of beauty consumer business, will also lead Superstore By Nykaa, the eB2B distribution business according to the statement.

The company said the marketing leadership at Nykaa is strengthened with new leaders joining the charter. Sudhansh Kumar will lead the performance marketing, while Priya Bellubbi will handle the customer lifecycle management and Suchita Salwan will lead the content charter, it added.

Nykaa said they together bring diverse knowledge and experiences of over 40 years, and these new roles reflect the company’s commitment to customer-centric marketing strategies that drive growth and loyalty.
