IIFL Finance Legal Head Nishith Doshi Resigns

Indian non-bank lender IIFL Finance Ltd. said its legal head Nishith Doshi resigned from the company due to personal reasons.

Doshi’s resignation is effective from 12 January, IIFL Finance said in a stock exchange announcement. The company didn’t provide the details about his successor.

IIFL Finance is one of the leading players in the financial services space in India, according to its website. It has a network of over 2,600 branches across more than 500 cities in the country.

The company provides a diverse range of loans and mortgages together with its subsidiaries IIFL Home Finance Ltd., IIFL Samasta Finance Ltd., and IIFL Open Fintech Private Ltd.
