Global Health Ltd., which operates Medanta hospitals, said its Group Chief Financial Officer Sanjeev Kumar resigned today, citing personal reasons.
Kumar’s resignation has been accepted, the Indian healthcare provider said in a stock exchange announcement. His last working day will be close of business hours on 15 December.
The company didn’t provide the details about Kumar’s successor.
Global Health, led by Dr. Naresh Trehan, is the largest multi-specialty tertiary care provider in the north and east regions of India in terms of bed capacity (2,467 installed beds), according to its website.
