Domino's India Operator Jubilant FoodWorks’ CFO Ashish Goenka Resigns

Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., which operates Domino's restaurants in India, said its President and Chief Financial Officer Ashish Goenka resigned to take up an external opportunity.

Goenka resigned today and his last working day with the company will be 15 December, the Indian foodservice company said in a stock exchange announcement. It didn’t provide the details about Goenka’s successor.

Jubilant FoodWorks, a part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group, holds the exclusive master franchise rights from Domino’s Pizza Inc. to develop and operate the Domino’s Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal, according to its website.

The company also has exclusive rights to develop and operate Dunkin’ restaurants in India and Popeyes restaurants in India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan.
