Indian Companies Get More Time To Submit Statutory Forms

India’s Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) granted companies 15 more days to file 45 statutory forms without additional fees.

The government gave extra time to submit forms due to changes in the way of filing forms in Version-3 on MCA-21, the ministry said in a statement.

The MCA also gave additional 15 days to file PAS-03 form without extra fees. The companies mention the details of allotment of shares or securities in the PAS-03 form.
