Future Consumer To Undergo Forensic Audit

Future Consumer Ltd. said its lender State Bank of India (SBI) appointed a chartered accountant firm to undertake forensic audit of the company.

SBI appointed Amit Ray and Company to undertake forensic audit of the company, Future Consumer Chief Financial Officer Rajendra Bajaj said in a stock exchange announcement. He didn’t provide further details.

Future Consumer is a food-led fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company, according to its website. The company’s brands include Tasty Treat, Voom, Karmiq, Dreamery, and Mother Earth, it said.
