Law firm JSA advised Super Milk Products, which operates under the brand Keventers, on Jubilant Bhartia Group’s minority investment in the dairy products maker.

The investment is likely to help Keventers accelerate its plans to open over 300 stores in the next three to four years and grow its ice cream business, JSA said in a statement.

The law firm didn’t disclose Jubilant’s investment amount and the stake it acquired in Super Milk Products.

The JSA team advising Super Milk Products was led by Rupinder Malik (lead partner), Ipsita Chowdhury (partner) and Sanchita Kumari (associate).

Keventers, which was launched in 1925 as a milkshake manufacturer, has diversified its operations and recently launched its gourmet ice cream range, according to the statement. It has outlets in India, Dubai and Kenya.
