NCLT Approves AM Mining’s Resolution Plan For Uttam Galva Steels

Uttam Galva Steels Ltd. said the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) approved AM Mining India Private Ltd.’s resolution plan for the company.

The Mumbai bench of NCLT approved AM Mining’s resolution plan in an order today, the steelmaker said in a stock exchange announcement. It didn’t disclose the financial details.

A copy of the order approving the resolution plan is yet to be uploaded on the NCLT’s website, according to the statement.
