NCLT Admits Insolvency Plea Against Cox & Kings Global Services

India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) admitted an insolvency resolution petition against Cox & Kings Global Services Private Ltd.

The NCLT ordered the commencement of a corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) of Cox & Kings Global Services on 5 January, the company’s Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) Birendra Kumar Agrawal said in a public announcement.

The application against the specialist business process outsource agency was filed by IndusInd Bank Ltd.

Agrawal asked the Mumbai-based company’s creditors to submit their claims with proof by 23 January. The email for communicating with the IRP is cox.cirp@gmail.com.

The CIRP is likely to be completed by 8 July 2023, according to the announcement.
