HNG Creditors To Meet On Monday

Bankrupt Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd. (HNG) said its committee of creditors will meet on Monday.

The glassmaker’s creditors will meet at 3:00 p.m. local time on 14 November, HNG said in a stock exchange announcement.

The company’s resolution professional last week filed the creditor-approved resolution plan of AGI Greenpac Ltd. with the National Company Law Tribunal.

The application for initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process against HNG was filed by its financial creditor DBS Bank Ltd.
