HNG Creditors To Meet On May 9

Bankrupt Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd. (HNG) said its committee of creditors will meet on 9 May.

The glassmaker’s creditors will meet at 2:30 p.m. local time, HNG said in a stock exchange announcement. It didn’t provide the agenda of the meeting.

The company’s creditors had earlier approved resolution plan of AGI Greenpac Ltd.

The corporate insolvency resolution process against HNG was initiated by its financial creditor DBS Bank Ltd.
