Fortis Healthcare Holdings IRP Seeks Claim Details From Creditors

Fortis Healthcare Holdings Private Ltd.’s interim resolution professional (IRP) asked the company’s creditors to submit their claims with proof by 7 January 2023.

The development came after the New Delhi bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) ordered the commencement of a corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) of the company on 16 December, IRP Ashish Singh said in a public notice.

The CIRP is expected to be completed by 14 June 2023, he added.
