Empee Sugars Liquidator Asks Stakeholders To Submit Claim Details

Empee Sugars & Chemicals Ltd.’s Liquidator Pankaj Srivastava asked the bankrupt company’s stakeholders to submit their claim details.

The stakeholders of the company, a part of Chennai-based Empee Group, must submit their claims with proof by 17 March, Srivastava said in a public announcement.

The email to be used for correspondence with the liquidator is ip.empee@gmail.com, he added.

The Bengaluru bench of the National Company Law Tribunal ordered the commencement of liquidation of the bankrupt company on 10 February 2023. Empee Sugars was admitted into insolvency resolution on 24 February 2022.
