The matters related to the corporate disputes at India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) won’t be heard this week due to the Christmas and New Year festivities.
All the benches of the tribunal will be closed from December 25 to January 1, 2024, according to the NCLT.
The NCLT benches will resume normal functioning from January 2, (Tuesday) onwards. There are a total of 16 NCLT benches across India, including the principal bench in New Delhi.
The NCLT is a quasi-judicial authority incorporated for dealing with corporate disputes that are civil arising under the Companies Act.
