(The Corner Office Journal) -- The cases related to the corporate disputes at India’s National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) won’t be heard today (31 March), as all the benches are closed on account of Id-ul-Fitr.

All the tribunal benches will resume normal functioning on Tuesday (April 1), according to the NCLT’s 2025 calendar posted on its website.

There are 16 NCLT benches across India, including the principal bench in New Delhi.

The NCLT is a quasi-judicial authority incorporated to deal with civil corporate disputes arising under the Companies Act.
