Hindustan Construction MD & CEO Jaspreet Bhullar Resigns

(The Corner Office Journal) -- Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. (HCC) said its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Jaspreet Bhullar resigned.
The resignation is effective from 23 June, HCC said in a stock exchange announcement. Bhullar, who resigned as per the terms of February 2023 agreement, confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation, it added.
HCC also said the board accepted Bhullar’s request for relieving him with effect from close of business hours on 23 June. The company didn’t give the details about his successor.
