SpiceJet CFO Ashish Kumar Resigns To Pursue Other Opportunities

Indian budget carrier SpiceJet Ltd. said its head of finance and chief financial officer Ashish Kumar resigned to pursue other opportunities.

Joyakesh Podder has taken over as the head of finance and is appointed as deputy CFO of the company with effect from 15 July, SpiceJet said in a stock exchange announcement.

Podder, a chartered accountant, has over three decades of experience in organizations like PwC, Reliance, Mahindra and Go Air, according to the statement.
