RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd. said its board appointed Vinu Balwant Saini as chief financial officer following the resignation of Amit Jain.
Jain will cease to be the CFO with effect from close of business hours on 19 May, RattanIndia said in a stock exchange announcement, without disclosing the reasons for his resignation.
The company, whose major arm includes electric vehicle maker Revolt Motors, said Saini will become the CFO with effect from 20 May.
RattanIndia said Saini has nearly two decades of experience in finance, corporate development and operations at institutions such as General Electric, GMR Infrastructure, Uflex Ltd. and Roche Products India.
Saini holds a degree in B.E. (Mechanical) and MBA (Finance), according to the statement.
