Mahindra Logistics Ltd. said its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Yogesh Patel resigned to pursue professional interests outside the Mahindra Group.
The company accepted Patel’s resignation on 27 February and he will be relieved from his duties with effect from close of business hours on 10 March, the third-party logistics (3PL) solutions provider said in a stock exchange announcement.
Mahindra Logistics said it is in the process of appointing a new CFO and will communicate to the stock exchanges in due course.
