Mahindra Logistics Ltd. appointed Saurabh Taneja as chief financial officer of the company with effect from 1 September, six months’ after the resignation of Yogesh Patel.

In his last stint at Tata Boeing Aerospace Ltd., Taneja was a member of the executive management team and served as CFO, the third-party logistics (3PL) solutions provider said in a stock exchange announcement.

The company said Taneja, a chartered accountant, has 21 years of experience with Fortune 100 companies and Big 4 consulting firm. He has worked across various finance sub-domains and with teams across geographies in a matrixed organization structure, it added.

Previously, Taneja was also associated with PwC India and Canada, American Express, GE India and GE Diesel Locomotive JV, according to the statement.

Patel, the company’s previous CFO, had resigned in February this year to pursue professional interests outside the Mahindra Group.
