The administrator of SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd. and its unit SREI Equipment Finance Ltd. issued a revised final list of prospective resolution applicants (PRAs) for the companies.
The development came after the non-bank lenders’ consolidated committee of creditors earlier this month decided to allow PRAs whether they appear in the final list or not to submit an expression of interest to the administrator, Administrator Rajneesh Sharma said in a statement.
The move was aimed at maximizing the value of the assets of SREI Group entities for all stakeholders and to accord a fair opportunity to all interested potential resolution applicants, according to the statement.
The revised final list of PRAs for SREI Infrastructure and SREI Equipment are as follows:

SREI Infrastructure and SREI Equipment have been undergoing a consolidated corporate insolvency resolution process since October 2021.
