Rolta India IRP Asks Creditors To Submit Claim Details

Rolta India Ltd.’s Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) Mamta Binani asked the bankrupt company’s creditors to submit their claim details.

The Indian software services provider’s creditors should submit their claims with proof by 2 February, Binani said in a public announcement. The e-mail to be used for correspondence with the IRP is roltaindia.cirp@gmail.com, she added.

Rolta is undergoing a corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) after the Mumbai bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) admitted a petition filed by its financial creditor Union Bank of India against the Indian software services provider on 19 January. The NCLT appointed Binani as the IRP of the company.

The lender had filed the insolvency petition against Rolta claiming a default of 1,413.47 crore rupees ($174.53 million).

The company’s CIRP is likely to be completed by 18 July, according to the announcement.
