Reliance Capital Creditors To Meet On Friday

Reliance Capital Ltd.’s committee of creditors is scheduled to meet on Friday to discuss the company’s insolvency resolution process.

A meeting was conducted on 26 July in Mumbai and it was further adjourned to 28 July, according to a stock exchange announcement.

During the meeting, the non-bank lender’s Administrator Nageswara Rao Y apprised the creditors about the company’s operations, status and the way forward of corporate insolvency resolution process.

Reliance Capital Ltd.’s administrator recently submitted creditors-approved IndusInd International Holdings Ltd.’s resolution plan with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for its approval.

The creditors had earlier IndusInd International’s resolution plan for the company by a majority voting.
