D.S. Kulkarni Developers' Creditors To Meet On Thursday

D.S. Kulkarni Developers Ltd.’s Resolution Professional Manoj Kumar Agarwal said the company’s committee of creditors will meet on Thursday.

This will be the 31st meeting of the bankrupt real estate firm’s committee of creditors, Agarwal said in a stock exchange announcement.

The Pune, Maharashtra-based developer is undergoing a corporate insolvency resolution process (ClRP) after the Mumbai bench of National Company Law Tribunal passed an order on 26 September 2019.

The CIRP process was initiated after Bank of Maharashtra filed a petition against the company, claiming a default of about 119.48 crore rupees ($14.42 million).
