Adani Enterprises Plans To Raise $238 Mln Via Debentures
Indian conglomerate’s board approves raising up to 2,000 crore rupees via public issuance of NCDs
(The Corner Office Journal) -- Adani Enterprises Ltd. said its board approved raising as much as 2,000 crore rupees ($238 million) via issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
The company will raise the funds via the public issuance of NCDs in one or more tranches, the Indian conglomerate said in a stock exchange announcement.
The issuance will be subject to applicable regulatory and statutory approvals. The debentures to be issued will be listed on BSE or National Stock Exchange of India.
